RACV Big Brekkie

The RACV Big Brekkie is the perfect opportunity to try breakfast dishes from a variety of cultures. Come along and try Turkish gozleme, Vietnamese or African breakfast cuisine to name a few. Entertainment will include Tommy the Noodle Man, and music from Amanaska. Be sure to bring along your favourite Australia Day recipe for the RACV wall of recipe competition.  Mark Normoyle, Executive Chef at the RACV City Club will be on hand to judge the recipes.  Mark will be looking for:

Dishes that are quick and relatively easy to prepare
- Ingredients that celebrate our multicultural society
- Creative use of local produce
- Innovative menu description

Prizes on offer for the best recipes are:

The first prize is the new iPad WIFI + cellular, second prize $250 RACV Resorts voucher and third prize a $100 RACV pack.  Good luck!
